This can occur if the Genius Sport computer is placed on the university domain and inherits the security policies of the organization. It can be identified if you attempt to access the file share using the format \\<IPADDRESS>\NevcoFiles\Statcrew\ (for example \\192.168.10.10\NevcoFiles\Statcrew\)
If you experience this problem with your Genius Sports system performing the following steps on the Genius Sports computer will resolve the issue:
- Open "Local Group Policy Editor" by searching in Start Menu or running "gpedit.msc"
- Go to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\network\Lanman Workstation
- Enable the following setting: Enable insecure guest logons setting
